Peter Greven U.S. Corporation Announces Acquisition of Dreumex

Peter Greven Physioderm GmbH (PGP), Germany’s leading manufacturer of occupational skin care products, has announced the acquisition of Dreumex B.V., a Dutch company known globally for its industrial hand cleaners, disinfectants, and hygiene solutions.

As part of the acquisition, Peter Greven U.S. Corporation will move its operations into Dreumex USA, Inc. facilities, while retaining both the independent brand products and business activities. This will ensure a seamless experience for customers and suppliers of both companies with no disruptions during the transition.
